Mentoring a technical language (Python) or subjects is often referred to as a job, considered as teaching, sometimes as a career, or even a profession, but it is far more than that” in last few months I Shalu Anand have felt this. The Mentor’s journey represents a lifelong commitment to learning, not only about the content area, grade level, curricular changes, teaching policy, and technological innovations, but about true passion for new knowledge and skills that make one more effective as a professional — and a human being.

It is remarkable when someone consider that the mentor’s journey is one of adventure. Each time we encounter new students and become a part of their lives, just as they become members of our community. We are witnesses to their joys and their sorrows. We watch as they learn, grow, and mature, as well as when they falter, make mistakes, and fail. My community is basically the community which I never thought that I will be building because I never thought that I will get into teaching but now making others do better ,upgrading their skills ,teaching. Truly speaking I am loving what I am doing today.

I mentor students and teach them the programming languages such as PYTHON,C ,C++ and more with which give them hands on real life projects and assure that they are enjoying the process of learning .

Tech community is my family which not only help others upskill their technical skills but also provides with the current demands and the skills that one requires to excel in this technical field. The community is driven by a me Thankfully an opportunity by FIFO TALKS to me, in which I meet so many new students daily and connecting with them making their issues resolved above which teaching them the core coding languages is what I am enjoying

I do my best to support, encourage, and inspire them to succeed. With my words, as well as through my actions, I model for them what is possible and what they can achieve. It is certainly through my skills, knowledge, and expertise, but also through my very presence, that i demonstrate my faith in their abilities. and make sure that in all these they enjoy learning.

My journey as a mentor was a huge up and down graph but the support from the founder was amazing and still is as one day I got an opportunity and truly speaking I didn't believed it firstly but then I gave my trials and things got fixed. I was appointed as a FIFO host as far as I knew I was the youngest of all the other hosts and in the group of experienced people I really felt like I was nothing but the constant support from the community that was growing every single day was motivating and I am truly grateful to Vishal sir ( twitter.com/vishalchandra ) for believing in me.

Started making contents, teaching students . I still remember my first Fifo talk in the month of October 2020 around 18 people came and by the end of the session it was 22 and day by day it kept on increasing with which my confidence was growing . Today my community is a community with more than 300 active people with so much support, love and trust. Till date I took 77 sessions and with these 77 sessions I have cleared thousands of doubts ,showing several ways to others. In upcoming times I will be coming up with so many new sessions on really interesting topics so keep your eyes on https://fifo.im/user62443370 my fifo profile and anyone from you can join me in my upcoming sessions.

Failure is important because it teaches us the true value of Success and speaking about Success.

Success is a journey not a destination . For me Success is watching those satisfied faces once I get done with teaching and that happiness on their faces after learning something new motivates . Truly it Do.

My actual goal with getting connected and growing this community was to give the knowledge, share the knowledge and grow with every single student whom I teach.
